Privacy policy

The short version

• No accounts. We never ask for your name, email or contact details.
• Your progress, scores, embers and settings stay on your phone.
• The free version shows ads from Google AdMob, and Google collects some device and usage data to show them.
• The Remove Ads purchase turns the ads off.

Information stored on your phone

Your chamber progress, best scores, embers, gem skins, dragon growth, daily streak, settings and Remove Ads purchase status are stored on your device and are not sent to us. Deleting the app removes this data.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, your scores are sent to Apple to show on Embergem leaderboards under your Game Center name. This is handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. You can sign out of Game Center in your phone’s Settings.

Advertising

The free version shows ads through Google AdMob between some chambers and when you choose to watch a reward ad. Google may collect your device’s advertising identifier (where you allow it), IP address, approximate location, device information (model, operating system, language), and data about ad interactions and app performance.

On iPhone, you decide whether apps may use your advertising identifier in Settings, Privacy & Security, Tracking. In regions where the law requires it (such as the UK, EEA and Switzerland), the app asks for your consent using Google’s consent form, and Settings shows a Privacy choices button to change your answer. If you decline personalized ads, you may still see non-personalized ads.

Google’s use of this data is covered by Google’s privacy policy.

Purchases

The Remove Ads purchase is processed by Apple. We never receive your payment details; the app only learns whether the purchase succeeded.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell personal information, run our own analytics, or offer chat, sign-in or social features. If you email support, we use your email only to reply.

Children

Embergem is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can limit ad tracking in your phone’s settings, change ad consent from Settings in the game (where available), or buy Remove Ads. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information; for advertising data, contact Google.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
